I am a graduate of the Aristotle University School of Fine Arts (MFA) of Thessaloniki, Greece. I'm creating my own comic book series ‘Stilk & Metal Tim’ for Rising Sun Comics (in LA with imprints in Japan, UK, New Zealand) and making comic book and fantasy art for sale. Also accepting commissions.
In the past, I have worked as a portrait and caricature artist for the Estonian company karikatuur.ee, fulfilling commissions in various events as well as in private. The customers were from countries like Estonia, Germany, Russia, the UK, and the USA. Later on, I started working part-time as a substitute art teacher for the English-speaking International School of Estonia (ISE) by teaching students of the following age groups: 3-6, 10-13, and 14-17 years old. Another of my recent work experiences was that of the online English tutor for a school with 50 years history of activity called Academia Europea based in El Salvador. There, I taught English via Zoom to students mostly ages 14-16, including middle-aged ones. Aside from the aforementioned, I've been working on creating a portfolio for children's books and magazines. My creative process consists of traditional materials such as pencils, pens, colored pencils, acrylics, watercolors, and pastels. When needed, I add digital touch-ups to my scanned work using a graphics editing program. In my latest experience, I also worked as a comics and caricature teacher at the Tallina Kunstigümnaasium (Tallinn Art School) with high school students as my audience.

I'm creating a cartoon. It's called, Forgotten Tales! It's about these forgotten and obscure characters that go on wacky and crazy adventures.

Depends. Are we talking about characters from animated shows or comics or both? From comics, I'd mention less known golden age characters such as Nelvana and The Flame or from indie comics titles like Neal Adam's Skateman or even from pulp novels, like Black Star and Crimson Clown from Zorro's creator. From cartoons, I'd mention Herman and Katnip or Time Squad among others.
